Before installation, ensure the installation environment meets safe construction conditions, ensuring the walls or steel frame can withstand the elevator's load. Check that the ground and foundation are level and capable of supporting the weight of the platform and goods. Confirm that the reserved installation space matches the actual dimensions of the equipment.

Avoid using walls that are insufficiently strong or hollow. Double-track freight elevators require sturdy load-bearing walls or welded steel structures for track support. If the wall strength is insufficient, the installation area needs to be reinforced.

When installing the freight elevator guide rail frame, ensure verticality and alignment. The verticality error between the bottom and top rails should not exceed 3cm, and the two guide rails must be strictly vertical during installation to prevent the platform from tilting or jamming. A level can be used to calibrate the verticality of each section of the guide rail. Then tighten all anchor bolts to ensure all wall anchors and expansion bolts are tightened according to specifications.Ensuring the two guide rails are parallel and the spacing between them remains consistent from top to bottom:** Uneven spacing will lead to uneven load distribution, increased noise, and accelerated wear.

Ensure all support points of the elevator platform are level. When using chains or wire ropes to suspend the platform, both sides must be the same length. Slight adjustments can be made if there is a slight tilt. Ensure the elevator cylinders are correctly positioned and do not interfere with each other throughout their travel.

Install the pump station of the guide rail elevator in a stable, level location that is easy to maintain. Before connecting, remove dirt, metal shavings, and impurities from hoses and fittings. Ensure all fittings are tightened and sealed. Test the system under low pressure before operating the elevator at full load.

The elevator's electrical control system is basically installed upon customer receipt. Simply connect the power supply and connect the terminals. The upper and lower limit switches must be precisely positioned. If there is a positional deviation, it can be adjusted using the fixing rod of the elevator's limit switch.

Commissioning and Testing Before formal use, the freight elevator must undergo multiple no-load tests to verify smooth platform operation without vibration or abnormal noise. Then, test the elevator with its rated load, ensuring it does not exceed its capacity.

Check stability, braking, and automatic stop functions. Finally, check all connections, retighten bolts, inspect hydraulic joints, and verify track alignment.
