Fixed Vertical Lift Platform

Fixed scissor lift platforms are designed with anti-pinch features to enhance operational safety and prevent personal injury from moving parts of the platform. The anti-pinch feature specifically targets the risk of pinch or crush accidents, which can occur when the platform is lowered, especially in areas where the platform is articulated or extended. What we are talking about here is the anti-pinch function of the platform table.
The anti-pinch feature of the fixed scissor lift is to add movable aluminum alloy bars at the baffle position on the side of the table. When there is an obstacle under the platform and the platform descends, the aluminum alloy baffle will touch the obstacle, the travel switch connected to the aluminum alloy baffle is closed, and the platform stops descending. When the obstacle is removed, the aluminum alloy retaining bar is restored, the travel switch is opened, and the control surface continues to descend through the control handle lowering button.
For some special work environments, fixed scissor lifts can use infrared sensors to detect the presence of objects or body parts in potential pinch areas. If an object is detected in the danger zone, the lift will stop or reverse movement to prevent injuries.
In some cases, scissor lifts have physical barriers or guards around the moving parts to physically prevent personnel from accessing pinch points. These guards prevent anyone from getting too close to the lift's danger zone.
